i posted this in tires but i need some SEDAN OWNER HELP the rims im looking at are 20x8.5 with a 35 mm offset all around... im not sure about that offset on the rear has anyone ran that offset before or hurd anything about it, also tire recomendations im pretty new at this so any help or info could go along way

 

Front is a non issue. Rear will be fine to as long as you stick with a 245 tread width (it's actually slightly more clearance then someone running a 9" wide rear with a 38mm offset).

 

you really need to do some searching around. with 19" wheels 9.5" +42 rear is max, and 8.5" +38 front is max. +35 will stick out. I ordered my 20's 8.5"+38 and 9.5" +44, they're supposed to be in this coming week. shouldn't have any issues.

 

35mm on a 8.5 wheel will more than likely stick out further than the fenders. There is a few guys running 38mm on 8.5 wheels and their wheels are totally flush with the fender, any less (35mm) I am afraid will stick out and possibly cause rubbing-especially if you ever lower the car!

For reference here is a picture of my 05 Sedan with 8.5 wide wheels with a 45mm offset. Just imagine how they would look sticking out another 10mm.
