Engine light keeps coming on

My 04 G35 sedan caught on fire a year ago I had to replace a few connectors and some harness repair. I replaced fuel injectors 6 ea ,camshaft sensor, knock sensor and connector, valve cover gaskets, and completely cleaned all parts installed ocd. Removed all fuel from tank replaced with new fuel Super Unleaded up to 1/2 tank.
the code reader showed problems in the injectors my friend has a reader that checks each injector while engine is running which you can clearly feel win each one shuts down and re connected so they are all working properly.
slight missing rough idle ,cleared codes ,relearned and still has engine light come on.
Could this be the ECU may have crossed wire win the engine caught fire I only assume this for reason when I got out of the car ran to get fire extinguisher to put fire out I don’t remember if I turned key ignition off or left on?
Was so lucky to put the fire out cause it ignited so fast that a second later it would’ve been torched.
so should I pick up a ECU at a yard or purchase the OEM fuel injectors.
I don’t put fancy parts on this beast only quality.
oh by the way 206,000 all freeway miles I purchased this Vehicle from my Brother who purchased it at Infiniti new and between him and I we treat our Vehicles better than our women hope she doesn’t see this.
Babe if you do you know I’m kidding😬
thank you Gentlemen for even reading this and any suggestions you can give me.
