Check engine light, Loss of power after removal of Fuel rails ad injectors

So, I took my upper and lower plenums and manifold off to clean them. In order to pull the manifold off I had to disconnect the fuel injector harnesses and fuel rails. The check engine light has come on after I reassembled the induction parts ad started it up.

What do you guys think? Could it be a bad gasket, incorrect torque o a bolt or something wrong with injection system? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well checked all the hoses and connectors and they are all attached. I'm worried that it might be a fuel injector.
