Differences between the luxury and sports sedan

Subject says it all. We're looking into purchasing a G35 sedan with cloth but I'm not able to determine with any clarity online the differences between the luxury and sports sedan.

Thanks I appreciate any insight.

Jenny

Re: Differences between the luxury and sports sedan

try the infiniti configurator on their website for differences.

But as i recall the difference between luxury and the base (cloth) is the leather seats, and it being the prerequisite for premium (seat warmers, rear reclining, etc.) , bose, and sport suspension.

the sport is (2003.5 and later) is called the luxury sport 6MT if you want the manual and comes with the leather standard for around 27k even.

Re: Differences between the luxury and sports sedan

The base-model sedan, or "luxury sedan" w/ cloth seats has 16" wheels, willow cloth interior, halogen headlights, and the only option available for it is the ground effects kit.

The "luxury leather sedan" model gives you 17" wheels, leather interior in either willow or graphite, and xenon headlights. Plus, you can now select any of the other options packages (Bose stereo, sunroof, Premium, Sport-tuned suspension, etc.)

The "6MT" model with the 6-speed manual comes standard with the sport-tuned suspension, but is otherwise identical to the "luxury leather sedan"

On Infiniti's website, the best way to really compare the differences is to get into the "Build and Locate" section and play with configuring the car, and look at the standard and optional features for each model there.

Re: Differences between the luxury and sports sedan

And doesn't the prem pkg also give you rear reclining seats? Or are they standard in all levels? Also 'One Touch' open for all windows? Driver's seat memory? Power passenger seat? Dual zone climate?

I didn't forget it.. I didn't mention a lot of the things you get with the different packages. I was just highlighting the differences between the base trim levels.

(The Premium Package gives you rear A/C, reclining rear seats, auto headlights, auto-dimming rear-view mirror w/ Homelink, driver's memory seats, dual climate controls, auto up/down rear windows, 4-way power passenger seat, and also nets you the Bose and sunroof options. For the other packages, refer to the website's Build and Locate section.)
