I've had my sedan for nearly three years and I have not had any problems you described. It can get pretty windy on the Bay Area bridges too.

It's a pretty windy day, steady 20-25 mph, and a thunderstorm came through my area today while I was out and about. Wind gusts increased to at least 30 to 35 MPH, possible 40 or 45. I was on local roads so I didn't get over 65 MPH, though I did cruise at a steady 60 MPH (speed limit was 45 MPH - 3 lanes in each direction and little traffic) for a few minutes.

The ride was completely stable and predictable. I could feel the crosswinds, but didn't have to make any steering corrections - just hold the wheel a little tighter. If I was on my motorcycle, the wind would have knocked me 2 to 3 feet over in the lane.

I'd check your tire pressure.

I have noticed the same thing. My car is suceptable to buffeting from cross winds. Living in Kansas this is often. I have sport suspension and aero. Goodyear F1 GS-D3 245's. It is stable but very noticable.

We had some storms roll through here the first week I had the car. I noticed that my G35x was getting blown around pretty good-
The next week, I ditched the stock 215/55/17 EL42s tires for 235/50/17 Pilots- They look a bit tall, but they perform considerably better in cross winds and wet conditions.

Well chalk me up for the same issue. I have been driving the same route to work for the past 3.5 years. There are a lot of high bridges and crosswinds en route to work. In my last car (3 years of the 3.5 years to this job), I RARELY noticed any wind movement in the ride. In my g35x, it feels like my car is being pushed by a MUCH larger degree. I do know what your saying, and it makes me feel uncomfortable as well.
