Midpipe replacement?

Hey guys I dont have a sedan but my friend does and we were wondering of the midpipe on the sedan can be replaced with a straight pipe. Are there any problems associated with doing this mod? How will the car sound with the huge midpipe replaced with a simple straight pipe? Thanks for any help in advance.

BTW the car is a 2004 G35S 6MT.

Welcome to the forum. I'm glad you are here.

Use the search - it is your friend. this is a highly discussed topic in this forum and the mods forums. You would have found your info and more right away.

Thanks for welcoming me but I have been here since 2003 LOL. I try searching before posting each time but I guess somehow I missed the straight pipe discussion. All the threads seem to be pointing to the coupe midpipe replacement.

Well,

I'm glad you are all so proud of your post counts. Apparently you are unfamiliar with a little sarcasm.

I was posting from my Treo and in moble mode I can't see anyone's post count. I know that might really scare some of you (that your presious post count isn't visable at all times) but too bad. Frankly, if all my posts were as valuable as yours in this thread I could run my post count way up as well.

All I suggested was making sure you search before you post. If you can't find straight pipe threads by searching then you are using the wrong words. Try "straight pipe."

You can all light me up now if you like. I can't wait to hear your collective wisdom.

Forum fights are the best!

Chalk me up for one more "meaningless, worthless, could have done without it" post

Wow, Homeslice, your response was so meaningful it posted twice!

Don't worry, you'll get the hang of this whole "inetrnet" thing.

lol.

What are you talking about skeleton? I have been on the internet since at least 2003!

My only complaint is that the internet looks so small on a 2.5 x 2.5 screen or whatever the Treo has... I wish they would make it bigger.

Love to you all my brothas.

Pay no attention to post counts - size doesn't matter, anyway. It's the motion of the ........... oh, just forget it !
