Man, this problem is going to get me in trouble some day. When I'm on an open road, it's impossible to keep my G machine under about 85mph. I start wondering why everyone is driving so slow, then I realize the needle is past the straight up position, and quickly heading down the other side. Whoa!!

Fortunately, my V1 is wired in and watching for Johnny Law.

Yeah--but with gas prices soaring--I tone it down a bit on top speed and take off speed. No ticket in 5 yrs too, can't break the streak.

Common problem. I set the cruise control when my foot starts to get frisky.

The problem seems to be that the G feels so stable at high speed that you don't realize how fast you are going. The solution is to bend a couple wheels and remove all the wheel balancing weights. That way, as soon as you go fast, the whole car shakes violently and you have to slow down.
