Sorry JustBrilliantX but I've got to call you out on this one. Come on "...hep me! hep me!"?

You've made up your mind on this one and you want what? Encouragement? Validation? Because there've been a number of alternative suggestions made to the Cooper S and we've yet to hear any rebuttal. It doesn't appear you want any "hep".

Just an observation.

Cale

Nah,... that's not it Mr.Johnson....I can't keep up with the site like I used to (way too much time at work and Motorcycle Shows) And, quite frankly, I've have made comment on suggestions that I feel are not "on time" like the Camry and Matrix, etc. Made my mind up????.......hardly........she's still driv'n the Jetta! ..lol. If I needed validation, approval, or encouragemen....I would'nt wear a Mohawk at 56 years old . I'm just "stuck" on what to do and have ehausted my options. Gotta fit me... 6'5", 185lbs, two kids ( they're active in sports), a wife who travels frequently (needs decent milage and still wants something exciting to drive that's not a "me too" car) So there ya have me and my quandry....... I wasn't prepared for having to explain my post, or our needs.....so I truly hope Ive met your criteria ..... Glad ta do it. And, .....Doogie...I'm sure that there were people that felt the same way about toothpaste and deodorant I just wanna fit in.... LOL see ya, JBX

Cool

Hmmmm.., now maybe ya gotta point. I'm think'n Eliment....Just quirky enough to look good with my daughter's surf boards on top and reliable enough to last a few rounds with my wife. Oh god,....is this what my life has come to, being reasonable and making mature decisions? Have a good one Mr. J JBX

my girlfriend drives a mini (non S, i wasn't with her when she bought it.) that car is a blast to drive. hers is lowered on a set of old school bbs rims that look incredible. i think its lowered on h+r coilovers. but anyway, you can get an element and make it a sleeper. i got burned when i first got my g by a turbo 4wheel drive element. i meen this thing was a beast. im guessing he was running in the mid-high 12's. rev hard makes a good turbo kit and nobody would suspect an element to be fast. for the family i would get an element... for her personally i would get the mini, way more fun, but if your kids do sports theres nowhere to put the equiptment.
