05 G35 vs 04 Coupe
What these differences mean in real life speed is probably insignificant compared to driver skill. The 05s are heavier.

Well I can tell you this much, I have an 05 sedan and I raced my friend in his 04 coupe manual and in the beginning I got ahead by maybe 2 feet and until 80mph it was pretty even with me ahead by 2 ft. He also has the 18 inch rims, premium package, and a passenger in the car which all makes a factor in weight cosidering I have the 17 inch rims and no premium package. I also went dead even with a 2005 350Z from a dead stop a couple of times. So I personally think the 05 Sedans are a little underrated and are a lot quicker then most people think.
