problem with the sunroof

just noticed yesterday that when i flip the switch for the sunroof to open all i have to do is hit it once and it opens up, but when i hit the switch to close i have to now hold it down....hmmmm...any suggestions as to what can be wrong????

It should be one touch as well. Mine is. Be sure you're pushing switch the correct way.
For opening flip up is forward on switch and full open is back on the switch.
Going by memory on this but read the manual or experiment a few times yourself.

I have noticed this in my '05: If pressed briefly to close, it will close all the way. However, if I hold the button and let go when the roof is partially closed, it will stop where I let go. I assume this is by design to allow for the roof to be partially opened or closed.
