I ended up bending over and paying $275 for a key and a new programmed key fob... Damnit!

I've been shopping for a replacement key for my 99 Maxima. The best price I have found is $150 at the dealer. They said the car has to be present and another set of keys to program the new key. How can you get a key made through the internet?
