Skyline emblem

Will the JDM Skyline coupe emblem fit my 05 Sedan? I know they make an emblem for the 03 Sedan but the letters are not spaced out enough.

So the emblem made for the coupe fits fine on the 03.5+ Sedan?

You can see the shape of the blue foam fits where the tail light is so that when you stick it on, it is straight. I don't know how it will fit on the sedan seeing as it has that notch on the corner (foam) and it doesn't line up straight when put against the bumper. I guess you need to eye it and make sure you put it in the right spot.

The Skyline you need to eye/measure because it has no guide.

You don't have the 350GT, what about that?

Also whats the difference with the coupe/sedan SKYLINE lettering?

The SKYLINE lettering differs in size between the Coupe & Sedan.

The letters themselves are slightly bigger on the Sedan, and also the spacing is much farther apart.

I didn't get the 350GT 'cause I wanted to put the Jesus fish & it would just look too cluttered to have all of it.

Interesting to buy an Infiniti and then slap a Nissan emblem on the back - never seen that before!

That's like buying a TL, modding the hell out of it, and then putting a Type-R sticker with a Honda emblem - just doesn't seem right?

Are the 350GT badges different between the coupe and sedan?

Thanks for the info Jimmy

I don't think they have a TL in Japan, if they did, I imagine it would be a Honda. And on top of that, you would not put a Type-R sticker on a TL, you would put the A-Spec sticker on it.

The G35 is a Nissan, you would be fooling yourself otherwise. http://www2.nissan.co.jp/SKYLINE/top.html

He just want to make his car more JDM like. But one thing, I thought the Japanese Nissan Skyline sedan is only using 2.5L V6 and 3.0L V6, not a 3.5L V6 like ours. In Japan the coupe uses 3.5L V6, but not sedan. Is that right?

See, thats the difference between a person who is buying the "Infiniti" image...and someone who is buying a performance car.

The whole Acura, Infiniti, Lexus idea is just a very smart marketing move by Honda, Nissan, Toyota to sell existing (most of them, anyway) models in the U.S. for a slightly higher profit margin. For the consumers, they're getting their dollars worth in better service, longer warranties, and the all-so-important "status symbol".

At least this is better than the Lincoln buyer who looks down on Ford owners, huh? ^-^
