Does the Nismo Rear Under Spoiler replace the entire rear bumper or just covers the stock gray parts of the bumper?

Thinking of getting the Nismo body kit for my 04 sedan and am hoping I can swap my scratched, rock chipped bumper at the same time.

It'd be nice if I could score an 05 front bumper and throw on the chin spoiler.

I already have the '05 tail lights.

 

Pretty sure I saw a post stating the 05 front bumper won’t fit on the 03-04 because they changed the lights and hood slightly for the 05 model year. I would be interested to know if the 05 rear bumper would fit on the 03-04. I think it looks better than the rear under spoiler that comes with the 03-04 aero body kit.

 

Another option is to paint the lowers with the Nismo fr bumper.

Do you have a side shot so I can see how well the 05 bumper matches the height of the side sills. Hard to tell from that angle.
