2003 v. 2003.5 v. 2004 performance

Hi I did a search and could not find a discussion of this. I have a 2003 and I was wondering if my car is slower than 2003.5 or 2004? Does anyone knowe if the ECU programming was altered in later models therefore making my 2003 a tad slower?

Here's my overly technical review.....as usual

Over the past year that I've been visiting this site, the general consenus is the 03 is slower than the 03.5/04. Have I seen track proof? No. The dyno data doesn't suggest it either. I've taken my fairly optioned 03 5AT to the track here in Kansas City. Elevation of the track is ~1000' and the density altitude for the day I ran was ~1,700' or so. I ran a 14.4@98mph with a low 2.2 60' with the Z pipe and no spare. That's it. Another friend ran a 14.7@96mph with a 2.3 60' in his stock 03 5AT sedan and he's a pretty heavy guy (280lbs). An aquantence has run a 14.4@97mph with a 2.1 in his 04 6MT sedan. Comparing these numbers to what the majority on here is seeing with stock G35s, there doesn't seem to be any difference. If we were to be running on sea level track, we'd probably be seeing a drop of about .2 and a gain of 1mph.
