10-12 hours for SC sounds about right, but he also said it'll take them something like 2 weeks of having the car in the shop. when i was at Stillen Day in LA, Steve Millen was giving a mini-seminar on their Superchargers. he was asked a question - how many days will i be without my car. his answer was - 2 days. i think it'll be worth it to come to LA and get a rental for 2 days, stay in a hotel, and still come out on top - 2 weeks rental vs. 2 days rental + 3 days hotel. plus, stillen made the SC, i think they are quite qualified to put it on.
we'll see - at this point, i need to save up my moneys for the SC.
Hang in there. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
How come you are selling your Exhaust? I may be interested but have been scared off from people sayings its too loud. The current loudness of the coupe mid pipe and z-tube is perfect at this point, but freeing up some ponies is always nice...

90% of my time in the car is spent commuting on 101 (SF to Palo Alto and back), and for those times Stillen cat-back was just too loud, especially coming back from work after 10 hours of meetings and, well, work, and wanting some peace and quiet, and the exhaust was just 1 decibel over my desired level...
i miss it when i'm in the city, and i want the power taking off when the traffic light turns green. i know i lost power - i can feel it with every take off. but it just wasn't worth it for the rare times when i can really enjoy it... i won't lie to you - at full acceleration, i *have* set off car alarms. i've seen people in my rear-view mirror watching me go down the street - with that "wtf was that" look on their faces?! but like i said, for 10% of times i can truly enjoy it, 90% of the time i can't...
p.s. the tunnels are not nearly as much fun anymore...
