I would park my accord so close to their driver door that he/she would need to crawl in from the passenger side to start their engine. This might teach them a lesson to watch the lines next time.
Looks like maybe someone was teaching you a lesson in return? Hmmm...

I'll second that. And as far as mikeee2 living in a "tough town" goes, going after someone else's property is a limp-wristed way to get even. As if getting even is the right way to handle this sort of thing anyway.

Be a man and talk to the guy. He might surprise you with an apology and a little cash.

Did you speak to the offender about it? My guess is you didn't because you probably aren't 100 percent sure that you know who it is.

If you are sure, and I don't know how you can be if you didn't witness it, but if you are, you should give the person the chance to make it good. If they don't, take them to court. Anything else puts you on the same level as the other POS that key cars etc..

Are you saying they INTENTIONALLY damaged your car? If so, how do you know? Have you had altercations with the people that would cause them to want to screw with your car?

Pretty pi$$-poor attitude IMO.
If someone dents your car I doubt you'll be saying this. Sorry for my **** poor attitude and I do admit that. To me my car is as important as my family. No one touches it or I'll break their neck. Sorry but that's the NY attitude. If it aint happen to you it's easy for you to say. Sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone. If I did, I do apologize. Anyway, in a way I was maybe a bit overreacting. I calmed myself down and decided to just let it go. I can't deal with people who doesn't take care of other people's car. No much choice but to get a car cover in the time being and park away as much from these idiots as possible.

Thanks...

This doesn't happen in my building. It's just some random place (malls, whatever). I just hate when people intentionally park over the lines that's all.

If someone dents my car I'll be mad enough to chew nails but will act as I recommend above.

Understood that fury sometimes drives words in one direction while trus intent goes another.

No hard feelings and hope you can get things taken care of - it really does suck when you're the beneficiary of someone else's inconsideration.

well I was being sarcastic,, but I still think its funny..

Not that he got his car scratched, I hope it never happens to me..I would be pissed too.. the added sarcastic remark is funny..
but i'm from the west.. I can take sarcasm and a joke..
If you park your car next to other cars,, its gonna get dinged..

Totally agreed. I can't wait until he mods his own signature.

I can't believe this. The dumb a** red isuzu suv parked next to me again yesterday (he parked pretty close). Guess what I came home just now to discover another small dent. Just went out to touch it up.

I am on flames right now and I am about to smash that guy's head on the pavement the next time I see him at the lot. This is insane.

Before this guy moved in here I was parked outside for 6 months and there was just one minor scratch and it probably came from somewhere when I was out. This ***** gave me 5 dents in a span of 5 days.

Keep your temper, bro, find out when he comes home, catch him doing it (on tape), then send him the bill.
Best way to make him more careful is to make him pay.
