Well sweetie at least you're honest. LOL

I'm thinking you are officially old at whatever age you start eating dinner at 4pm, going to bed at dark and waking up before the sunrise for no other reason than you want to. I would say that is usually around 60-65 depending on the person.

I love it when you try to make a clever post and you spell Infiniti wrong. LOL.

anyone with the technosquare on a sedan top it out to see where it is drag limited? Just wondering. I have the X and wonder if it will top out the same if it is not limited as a regular sedan. I havn't had it above 90 yet - still only 1200 miles on it.

On another note, my GTO is very stable at 163 where it is drag limited. I have a feeling my G is not going to be as reassuring at 130 plus speeds.

Mine is solid as a rock up to about 135 or so. However, I don't have the "aero" kit on mine.

Good catch Sherlock, but there's no such word as "infiniti" . The Nissan marketing exec. got fired over this, but the name stuck ... too late to go back to "infinity" due to millions in logo hardware and ads . So spell it like it should be spelled !

I'm most concerned about a Texan with your views on the road ..yeeehah..geedi up, ole' G35 !!

Excellent post -- great message...don't these fools know they are driving up insurance costs ? One kid is whining about $2000+ / year insurance, another $4500.00 !
Take the keys away from the morons that think they are immortal --- want thrills ?
Join the army.. IRAQ's awaiting for you ( no G35's there; recommend a heavily plated Humvee..still a lot of fun to drive)

spell it like it should be spelled? if the name printed on the car is spelled
"I N F I N I T I" then why would you spell it infinity??? doesnt matter who got fired over it, it was still produced infiniti. so cru is right, dont try and by clever and not even spell the name of the car right. you got a lot to say about nothing NICE1. and criticizing young driver's for going over the speed limit... you and all the other old guys in this forum where all young once too remember? (if your brain will let you remember that is...) All you that say speeding is stupid... your all hypocrites. You know that when you were a kid you were speeding everywhere around town so stop giving us "kids" crap about doing it now... i rest my case.

Now back to the regularly scheduled post of replying to the original post. I took my G up to 125 with the stock tires on and it felt super stable and not too loud... have yet to try it with my S0-3 pole positions though, that will be a fun ride when i get to test it out.

Don't even trip because his story isn't even true. They purposely spelled the name Infiniti for brand recognition and copyright purposes. Someone posted an article about it sometime back, but I can't find it.

It is hardly uncommon for names to be used that aren't real words.

Does Prius mean anything?

Camry.

Maxima.

The highest speed I've dared is 102, the first time I'd ever driven over 100.

During a low point between 2 hills in Texas, when no other vehicles were visible, and so I could slow to the speed limit by the next crest.

Prius means before or formerly in Latin. I think they should name a car Priapus, who was a god known for something else altogether.

So far 130 here... stock tires, stock suspension and height - relatively stable. BTW this was on a totally isolated straight road in the high desert (DaveO's back yard). Altitude is over 2500 feet and I was running out of road. Given more room and closer to sea level this car would be fine at 145-150 with driving confidence. (I do have performance mods and TC ECU flash – so I don’t know if above would be same in stock).

I agree with other posts, it's very easy to hit 90-100 and have the car feel like you're doing 65-70 (at least in my car). No vibration excess wind, road or motor noise. It basically cruises at 90-100.
