we still dont know what upgrades will be on the 06's, which i would imagine we should be hearing somthing soon. wont be much anyway. without knowing anything about the redesign, do you risk buying an 06' or wait to hear/see an 07?

by the way, when do you expect info on the 06's?

with that logic, you will never buy anything. There will always be something better coming down the pike.

Redesigns are always good but keep in mind that 1st and 2nd year cars generally have more tsb and recall issues.

Buy and '05 now and save the money.

The '06 might have little tweaks. The '07 might be nicer. But how much could it be? The 05 is a great car. It's not like the '07 is going to be 30K and go 0-60 in 4.2 seconds and have 40 extra cubic feet of trunk space.

Right now the dealers seem to be willing to deal a *lot* on the 05's. My recent trip to buy one the dealer *opened* the banter at invoice price.

However, I'm not sure if he's having any luck locating me a Sedan 6MT. Auto's abound. But 6MT's seem few and far between.

Personally, if I were in your situation, I would wait for the 2015 model year G's. I understand that they are going to be much better.

I'm going to wait for the 2030 Toyota Supra AWD Twin Turbo V10 Diesel Engine with 897HP. Now this is a Real Car LOL.

Why would you want to wait two years to buy a car you obviously like NOW?

Buy the 05, drive it for two years, then trade it in on the 07/08 if you like the redesign.

Out of curiosity, what do you drive currently?
