Z Pipe and JWT Popcharger On Sedan

I'm not sure if this was discussed before, as my computer is having trouble doing the search. It keeps timing out.

Has anyone added these two mods on their Sedan? If so, is it a noticable difference?

Yes, I have both on my 03, they give the car a much louder, more throaty growl when you punch the gas, a little more power at high RPMs, and you never need to replace your air filter. Go for it!

yup id have to say i love it on my sedan. It just sounds so mean when u accelerate and under normal driving u can barley hear it, especially with the windows up but with them down and giving it some gas boy its a beautiful thing!

ohh and also get you can get the combo with both of these mods off of performancenissanparts.com for around $190 i believe and this has the heat shield so it wont be just sucking in engine heat.

Keep in mind that this combination will have different effects depending on what year you have. I believe that it makes the least difference in '05s.

yea its mostly just a sound mod, i mean theres better airflow but then with a stock exuast they kinda cancel eachother out.

hey, I have a '04 and i jus installed the z-tube and a k&n air filter, yes it does sound sweet at highter rmp's (4-5K) but what can i do to give it a nice deep start up sound? would the pop-charger be any good?

Sounds pretty cool. On colder days, seems to have more pep (don't know if it's the Z-tube/pop charger combo or what).

To me, it seems to make the engine warmer... the damn engine fan seems to be always on when the car isn't moving.

Hmm.. what else, I guess it looks cool when you show your buddies your engine.

Other than that, I have no real scientific evidence of any performance gains. It does "feel" like it's faster, but what the hell do i know?

As I said in my original reply, there's a little extra power at high RPMs, but mostly it's the sound that has me hooked.
