Yes, there is going to be an AWD G35 sedan; introduced 12/13/03 as a 2004 model. This has been confirmed by a number of dealers. No idea, however, about how it will be packaged (some sense it will initially be AT only). Guesses on price for AWD has been $1500-2500.

how much more weight will that be worth? Need more HP if it's going to hang with RWD, but like every other carmaker with AWD as an option - it'll just be heavier and slower...and much more safe in winter.

The word I got was $2K + more for the car at least and 200 lbs heavier, but the all important no more power...I would have waited till November if they could confirm the extra power, but all indications are that it will be no more than we have now.

Hi all!
The FX35 and 45 are G35 with a 4wd option! The FX's are on the same platform as our G35 sedans so this makes total sense. They will be great in performing in swon covered areas of the country but I wouldn't expect performance to be better than the RWD cars!
