I got 80% of the way. My method was "pull" "pull" and "pull". Remove the door trim by pulling it away, then remove the bottom section. it takes some strong pulling, as it uses these uber-**** metal clips. (Be sure not to lose these, i lost one but it didn't seem to matter when putting it all back together)

Then you have the top left. I was able to remove the top from it's clips but could never figure out how to remove it with the seat belt in place.

...And I never fixed the rattles.

Another option is to use some B-Quite or Dynamat;
That will stop the vibration in the panel which will stop the buzz.
Worked 4 me.

Could you elaborate on the 'sliding section'? I'm getting it now too and am looking to take care of it.

Are you speaking of the section inside the pillar where the belt can be adjusted up and down?
