question about rims
hi guys i need some help with rim choices. I have a 2005 g35 sedan that is black and windows all tinted so im leaning towards black rims but i need some help with brands and how big i should go. Anything would help including tires and price range for rims is anywhere up to 1000 for set. thanks for help

You're asking a question that only you can answer. When upgrading wheels/tires you must consider: price, quality, style, car color, lowered or not, driving habits, city & highway road conditions, etc.
You need to find a starting point then bring it forward and we will offer our opinions and advice.
I totally agree with Chico.
You need a "plan". If your going for all out performance, then that's one road, maybe your for all out looks and style, well that's another road. I personally went right down the middle, and settled on 20s (which I love BTW). My 2 cents would be that a properly setup suspension system, and correct wheels/tires will yield WAY MORE performance than just buying every part available for our cars.
My combo of springs and wheels/tires is great, and really does drive nice. As my daily driver, I wouldn't give up ride for looks, and the finished product came out really nice. Feel free to look up my posts, and there are a tons of pics.

19s are a good compromise between looks and performance. maybe a hot set of 18s would be more appropriate if you plan on modding for speed. i like the wider tires for looks and grip. good tires can make such a diffirence in the ride!
