I have black/black and it's definitely a hell to keep it clean. Now I just put a car cover on and that's about the only way to keep it clean.

Black/Black definitely I think it's the best looking color when clean. I would of picked IP if my other car isn't white. IP I think in my opinion looks just as sharp as Black. Silver/DG would be the color to get if you are lazy to keep it clean.

Unfortunately, they did not have that. My first choice was DG/stone - the one they had was sitting at a local mall with a "Win This Car" table next to it and numerous words written into the acumulated dust. After that, I was torn between IP/Stone and BS/Stone. Sad part was that my car wasn't ready in time so they gave me a IP/ivory to take home for the night. At least I got to drive hard with the demo before getting mine!

And yeah i am not gonna be a clean fanatic on every little thing, but my only problem is that the IP they got here, only comes with wheat interior rather than the graphite which i prefer!!!

I dont know, hard decision!!
So.........is MB actually Lakeshore Slate? Since there is only Twilight Blue other than this color! Hmmmm....seems I am partial to LS too, LOL!

I too am partial to a Brilliant Silver type colour...mine is Liquid Platium but is very close to BS.
Very low maintenance and a look that is classy.

From what I understand, it gets over 120 degrees F in the UAE with sandstorms. Dude, I wouldn't buy a black car. The only reason they have them over there is so that they can put the women in them and tint the windows black.

It gets to 120F here, and I have black/black. It's all about the tint.

I have Black/Wheat and have no regrets (too many black interiors in the past-needed a change). The one thing about black is you know if you miss a spot when you wash it. I can barely tell if I miss a spot on my wifes silver SUV. When Black is clean there is nothing like it IMHO.

I gave my old black on black sedan to my wife but I drive IP coupe right now. In my opinion, those two colors are the ones for each body style. You definitely need spoiler for the sedan.

Having worked in Dubai, I would definitely not go with black for several reasons:
1) Sand: blows around like snow drifts do here. It gets into every crack and crevice and will certainly scratch the paint as you drive. Black will display these scratches the worst. Note: a full front clear-bra will be a must for any color.
2) Heat: 50 degrees C plus in the summer says it all. Black may be fine at night, but crazy in the day at those temps.
3) Foreigners cannot have tinted windows in Dubai on their cars, so you won't get any radiant protection from the sun.
4) You won't be washing the car as much, without your own indoor sand free area to use, and when you do, you will need to be absolutely sure you have no sand in the water or towels. Good luck meeting those 2 conditions.

So...since you don't want to be mistaken for a taxi, and the white only looks good with tint, I would go with the Lakeshore slate, with black interior. The black interior and factory tint will give the appearance of a darker tint...at least more so than the wheat interior. However the wheat will hide the sand better.

Looks about the same, I would say slightly lighter than BS. Here's a small graphic I made:
