I just wonder if something is missing here, that's a ludicrous amount for on year.

Man that is stupid! I pay $1600 a year to insure both a Honda Pilot and my G35 Sedan combined. My wife just got an 18 over speeding ticket so I might be in the same position as you next week when she has to go to court.

I'm 23yo and just picked up a G35 Coupe and pay $900/year for $1,000/$500 deductibles.

I am with the cheapest (yet reliable) insurance company I could find: AMICA. Before you go calling them, if you have ANYTHING on your record they will probably not insure you, they only take the best drivers - that is why their rates are so low.

A nice lady at Progressive actually turned me onto them 4yrs back. 800-24-AMICA. Not sure what states they insure in.

Good luck!

I wish there was. I now have 5 quotes and all are above $3100... At least it'll drop by next yr cause I'll be over 25 and will get the discount.

He is in New Jersey where it must be very expensive. Someone else in that area is paying a high amount as well. I thought insurance rates in my county were one of the worst, but it's nothing like that. Maybe is has something to do with the fact that there is no winter here.

Dude, do you have to pay your mom? Just pay the big bad insurance person yourself. Or better yet, you are like 18, so help out your mom and work on getting a discount (grades, good driver, etc).

I become more impressed with you each time you post.

I got a feeling your insurance isn't going down anytime soon.

Gotta love massachusetts and it's regulated insurance.

My brother drives a 2005 STi, he's 23, as 1 ticket one year ago and pays $1300 with MAX coverage and $500 deductables.

Also we get free no deduct Glass.

I think a lot of times now, insurance premiums are closely related to your credit score. Do you have bad credit?

^^ yes they do, State Farm checks for credit, accidents, tickets, lapsed out policies, tow claims and other things, so if your credit sucks, you should still try to get a quote, if anyone needs a quote in ILLINOIS let me know i work for STATE FARM

33 in NC. My wife and I pay about $1100/yr combined for the '04 G35 and '04 Grand Cherokee through Allstate. See if you can get NJ Manufacturers through work, or if you (or your parents) are former military, you may be able to get USAA.

nope, last time i checked i had 750+ credit score. I am going to try NJM through work since thats suppose to be cheaper. Right now I got it down to paying $3200 a yr so I signed for that for the time being.
