I went to Jim Coleman Infiniti of Bethesda, MD for service, and when I received the car, I see a dent on the rear bumper. The service manager left for the day, so I have to go back tommorrow to sort it out.

 

how bad of a dent? even if the dealer fixes it the damage already been done. physically the car can heal but the scar will always be there mentaly.

if it was me and im very uptight wen it comes to my G, i would wring the dudes neck, hold him down the to rear bumper and bang his head on the bumber, YOU SEE THIS DENT! YOU SEE IT! and just keep banging and banging.

try getting something for free out of it, they better compensate you after fixing it too.

I live 2 minutes from Coleman but will only take my car to Rosenthal for service. It's worth the drive to be treated like an Infiniti owner.

 

Beleive me, I sure felt like banging somebody's head against the bumper. But, I sure didn't want to have clean the snot and other gross stuff off the bumper after doing that!

Well, I took it their today, they accepted their mistake and scheduled to fix it on Tuesday.

I just moved here from South FL, the dealership there was so much better. I dont think I am going back to Coleman again.
