Brake Warranty

I own a 2003 Sedan and took it in because the brakes are squeaking. They told me that the warranty was 3 years OR 36000 miles and they are not covering the brake job. Does anyone know or have the letter infiniti sent out because they are saying I'm passed my 3 years (by one month) and they won't cover it even though I'm only at 28000 miles.

Its which ever comes first. If not little old ladys that drive 4k a year would have free brakes for 9 years.

how many times?

I had my brakes replaced at 16K by warranty and now at 28K my front brakes get wore out again. My G35 is 2003.5 and still with 3 years. Do I get covered by warranty for brakes the second time?

Since you're passed 3 years they brakes are no longer covered...

Sorry

3 yrs or 36k miles, whichever comes first. I had all 4 replaced. I've got 34.9k miles and it'll be real close when I have them checked again by dealer at 35.999k miles.
