Ouch. Glad to see you're hangin' in there. That's a nasty bruise you've got there.. and it's been at least a month or so since the accident, right? Don't worry about the pictures.. your health comes first.
Don't worry about those other guys, either. There appears to be two camps here. On one side, there are those of us with a general appreciation of automobiles. On the other side, there are those with certain, umm, insecurities.
Hehe. "Beater." Wish I could afford an STi "beater."

Ooowwwwwwccchhh. Hang in there!
My 2 cents: I really feel for how much you miss your G--even though it's a "thing" you poured your heart and soul into it, kind of the way an artist does in a painting. And your loss on top of the trauma of the accident are a heckuva lot to deal with. You are doing great. In a way, I think it's good to have time between the Gs. This may sound like a weird comparison, but it's a little like losing a beloved pet. Gotta give yourself time to grieve the one you lost before jumping into get that new puppy. And having a ride that is completely different between the Gs may be just the thing. Also great that you have the means to have a "beater" car and also get a new G.
You have a lot of supporters on this board, so focus on that and fugettabout the ones acting like idiots.

DJRezin > Dude, hope you get well soon. That picture describes a lot. You will be up and running in the SRT and G35 in no time. Enjoy your cars man. Makes me wish I had the ends to afford a Civic EK hatch with full JDM equipment. Even that wouldn't be as fast as your SRT-4...haha!! Take care bro!!
It's still a G thang!!

I'm new around this site but I saw the pics and have read most of the posts, so I know DJ is well-respected around here...It's never a good thing to see someone hurt from an accident...Hope to see you around the show circuit, DJ- once the Top Secret or GReddy twin kit is released for the VQ35 I'm ripping apart my 6MT and building my project car...Hope you have a speedy recovery

DjRezin8, Hope all your scars heal soon bro and you're back in the driver's seat again.
hehe, I wouldn't mind an SRT-4 'beater'.
Real glad to hear you've ordered a new G, it'll help with your depression, and give you another project.
Must have hurt to lose a 13.4 / 112 G, I didn't realise it was that quick. Kudos, and good luck with mods when the new one when it comes in.
In the meantime have fun with the SRT-4, while you wait for the 14th.

Re: You guys are gonna KILL ME!
Thanks for all the support folks. It's greatly appreciated. Here's a little on the new G:
2003½ G35 Sedan 6MT
Premium/Nav/Aero
Sticker: $37,825
Basically the same car I had, but 6MT with the aero. the 2004 model isn't available yet. I should get my brace off in the next week or so, that way I can finally start driving my SRT-4 full time. It's a little hard to shift with 12 staples in your right shoulder. I'll have to go through 3 more surgeries in the shoulder before I'm done and I should make full recovery.
Again, thanks for the support!
