Well FWIW... I'm going to differ here about alignment.
Not that you need it with new tires, but it's something to stay on top of.
I guess it depends how picky you are about handling & tire wear, but...
The first thing I do with a new car is alignment.
Factory alignment is worthless after it's been bounced arround & clamped down
on various trains /trucks/& boats.
Many of my new cars have barely been within min/max tolerances.
If you do ANY suspension work, it should be a no brainer....
After that I get it done once a year.
You be surprized how much it changes.
For example......
I just now came from the rack & front toe was completely wack.
I had previously tuned to -0.01
LF= -0.04 (reasonable wear & tear)
RF = -0.3

You should have your alignment done if A) you've curbed the car pretty badly at some point, or B) your tires seem to be wearing unevenly.
Having your alignment checked regularly can prevent uneven tire wear. Many good tire shops offer lifetime alignment deals, where for the upfront price of 2-3 one-time alignments, you can get 2-3 alignments per year for as long as you own the vehicle. I usually get a lifetime alignment and have it checked at least once or twice a year even if I'm not seeing any problems.
