Nissan Class Action Lawsuit - G35 Brakes

Man, what is it with Nissan and their brake issues???!!! I had an 04 Titan that Nissan had to buy back in March because of the "Brake Judder" issue. I also had a similar issue on my 02 Maxima.Needless to say, I was paranoid about the brakes on my G so I went with a used '04 just for the Brembo's and recently replaced the rotors with Brembo's as well as replacing pads with Hawk's, not to mention the OEM Brembo rotors are like 375 a piece. PLEASE get it right Nissan!

Considering it
I am considering registering. I was recently informed that I would have to replace my brake rotors for a second time since I have owned the vehicle. After complaining to corporate headquarters I was reimbursed for the first instance, shortly after that they publicly announced the problem and instilled a <36K mile brake maintenance warranty. I just can't believe it is already time to replace them again. Not Happy.

This is rediculous. People buy sports sedans due to its high performance capabilities but aren't willing to pay for it You wanna stop like an M3, you gotta pay for it. You know how much the brembo rotor replacement is...just ask the forum members or search and they'll tell you its like a couple grand. Infiniti gave us a freakin warranty and people still complain. I say after 36k, a rotor replacement on your own dime isn't too much and if you don't want to replace the fast wearing rotor, there are PLENTY of better aftermarket options available.

EZZ, I respect your opinion, thank you. I personally feel that it is rediculous to have to replace your brake rotors twice with less than 60K miles on this vehicle, to me, that is not an acceptable maintenance cost for a $35K automobile. I sure can think of a million other places where a $600 maintenance cost would be better spent.
