Would this wheel fit in the rear?

I received a quote from one of the site's online vendors for a staggered setup and he offered me for the rear "19x10 +44" with a 265/30/19 tire. I would like to avoid rubbing/fender rolling problems and I have an 05 sedan with sports suspension. Do you think this wheel would fit?
Thanks for your input...

here's my thread about spacers and offsets:

So code is saying, in not too many words, that it should not. From looking at that sedan fitment chart a 10" wheel with a +45 offset would stick out 13mm (1 inch) past the outside fender line, correct?

And if this is correct, how can somebody recommend that? I don't think I mentioned I was going for the 4x4 look!

With a 10" wide wheel in the rear you would need an offset closer to +55. No way +44 would work.
