You need to have the light right to see it and you need to be looking for it. At least that was the case for me-I hadn't noticed in almost a year of driving.

"Sport" mode. There's a special ignition / gearshift combination to enable it.

Wondering if it is snow mode for the 2004.5? My 05 has that indicator in the cluster and it reads "Snow".
Come to think of it, is there a snow switch for the 2004.5? Or is that something the computer does for you?

its the "Sport" indicator on the JDM cars that was not used on the USDM G35
they have a switch for ECON and SPORT shifting for the car.
