Smile Advice needed for Winter Tires

Hello all,

This is the first year I will be driving my 2005 G35 (sports package) in the snow. Currently it has a 18" rim with Summer Performance Tires. I would
greatly appreciate if anyone can provide me with a recommendation as to which Winter Performance tires I should be using. I heard the G35 is not great on snow.

Thanks for the assistance.

Get a a tire/rim package with dunlop Sport M3s or Blizzak LM-22s... They are V rated and should do the trick...

If you want more sidewall for the winter I would get a set of 17s. They will cost a bit and would be a bit smoother because of the taller aspect ratio.

I went with Pilot A/S year round and they are really sticky in snow/rain. I have no problem getting around with them in sloppy slush and snow. I couldn't get out of the alley with the summer tires. I don't think the performance difference in warm weather is that big - very sticky laterally, and not bad at all straight-line.
