My new black painted billet grille, looks good in the picture but even better in person.

The grille was chrome, but I painted all black. Search on a billet grille and you will know.

I have a billet grille, but thanks. In the pictures it looks the same as it comes, that's why I asked. But maybe it's just the shine that makes it look like polished silver still.

I also have the aluminum billet grille, mine on a Twilight blue car. I love the bright look of the billet grille. It augments the rest of the "brightwork" on the car. I've had many unsolicited positive comments on the look of the grille. Depends on your preference. In fact, I don't think that the smaller openings on the front of the G would look good also with the billet pieces. The blackout look of these is perfect for the front of the G for me. I saw an 06 at the dealer with chrome wheels and all the trim around the side glass in shiny chrome. Personally, it was too much for me but I'm sure there are those who will love this look.
