pissed at riverside infiniti....
I just got my car serviced with them today and it was the 7500 mile service. one of the things that come with the service is to rotate your tires and they didnt do it. The reason why I know this is because the left rear rim I accidently scratched it with my ring and when i got the car back it was still in the same place. I told them that but the mechanic that did the service was tell me that he rotate the wheels what a bunch of bull sh**. I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if they can recommend an infiniti dealer that is honest and wont do these kinds of cr*p. now i am wondering if they even changed the oil in my car...

Bought my car there, good experience.
But havent done any service there. I get my service done at Mission Viejo
Infiniti.
Sorry about the bad experience, complain to the service manager and get the
corporate number and TRUST me they will cater to your needs ie......
free oil changes for a year, and etc.....

Consumer affairs won't do anything. Just do maint. yourself, or find a local shop. Infiniti sucks for service and warranty work period. I have a small town local mechanic service my vehicles and I could not be happier. Infiniti dealers are some shady quirks........

My dad owns a Honda and complained about his transmission needing to be
replaced, but the dealer said No cause he was 1 year past his warranty.
So he called service manager and told him all we buy is hondas (loyalty speech/threaten to buy other brands) so do you want me to take my business
elsewhere.
Sure enough he got his tranny replaced, the automatic sliding fixed, and a
free oil changes.
