Will 19" x 9.5" with a 38 offset work on a sedan
Hey everyone! I'm thinking about getting new wheels for my G. I was looking at the Zennetti Five staggered setup 19 x 8.5 in the front & 19 x 9.5 in the back but the offset of the rear wheels is 38 mm. Would that fit a sedan? I have Tein S-Tech springs and the rear fenders are shaved. Thanks for you help in advance!

If your car is at stock ride height, you should have no fitment issues running 275/30/19 in the rear on a 38mm offset- if you plan to drop the car mildly, you should roll the fenders to avoid rubbing.
However, if you go for more of a drop (for example the Tein S-Tech's) you will have pretty severe rubbing that won't be cured with a fender roll/shave. You will have to dial in alot of negative camber for the tires not to rub your inner fender lip. Unfortunately, this will be at the expense of your tire life.
If you really wnat to get these wheels in this size, I suggest you go with a tire with a rounder sidewall such as the Dunlop's, and in a 265/30/19 size.
Look into the various suggestions about sizing, you will see that the ideal offset for the rears will be 42-45.

[QUOTE=vodkarocket]Wrong! Before saying that they will automatically fit do some research instead of misinforming others.

It would be really tight. I use a 19X9.5 with a 35mm offset. I use the Dunlop Direzza tires that have a rounded side wall but I still had to roll my fenders. Like others have said a 45MM offset is optimal

I have 19x9.5 with offset around +35 and lowered using s tech springs with the fender shaved and I have no rubbing issues. But like vodkarocket mentioned, I have around 2.5 degrees chamber in the rear and after about 1 year I had to rotate the tires from left to right to try to get more life out them

i agree with Vodka..I have the same staggered setup you're looking to get and my offsets are +39, front and back. The front is not a problem, but for the back, I did have to roll my fenders. It's completely flush. I'm running 245/40/19 in front and 275/35/19 in back with oem 350Z springs and Dspecs. Makes for a perfect drop and a bit more rubber to fill the gap since it's an 1 inch drop.

Man this thread is over 5 years old...haha. Would have been better to post your question here: https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-...-ask-here.html
Those offsets are very weak for a Coupe, I would look into a set of wider wheels with lower offsets than those.
