Fluttering in 3rd gear - help

Hi G35 owners! Everytime I see new commericals for this car it makes me want to tell people not to buy it. Problems so far (1 year old) - windshield wipers hopping - they replaced the arm assembly after 4x at the dealership and duh - it's fixed. suspension creaks in low speeds over bumps or into/out of driveways - they are denying they hear anything - still working on that problem. then there's the driver seat that is started to shift on the acceleration and on braking. and for a few months now (after the recommended fuel injection service), there's a fluttering in 3rd gear between 25 to 45 mph. it sounds like an old car not having enough power (like the old cars with the carburetors). if i hit the pedal at higher revs, the sound isn't there. it sounds like metal fluttering. anyone here has any idea what it might be. the service manager gave me some story that it's normal for these cars and said that all cars are different, it depends on how i drive the car, if i use good gasoline or not (i told him i use premium and he said that even premium isn't good enough). anyway so i'm more concerned about this fluttering sound. if you have any idea please let me know. thanks.

Sorry to hear of all your problems but it sounds to me like your dealership may be problem #1. Anyway, about you fluttering, I would have the ECU reset first. This fixes many problems with driveability, transmission shifting etc. Then let the ECU learn your driving habits for a few days and see if theproblem still exists. The dealer can reset the ECU or you can do it yourself. There is a thread on this on this forum.
Perhaps, try a different dealer who may be more willing to slove your problems rather than give you excuses. These are great cars but everything needs service sometimes.
