'Gialla' style grill for the sedan...want one?

Just curious how many sedan owners out there would really be interested in a 'Gialla' style grill if one were actually availible. After waiting almost a year for UT to produce their, oft rummored, urethane grill and I've given up. Is it that they don't think there's enough interest to make it profitable, or that it's just too difficult to produce? Yeah right . There's just so much stuff out there for the coupes and only a few 'cosmetic crumbs' for us sedan owners. To me it's "Field of Dreams" shyt....."build it....they will come" ....no ??? UBCool, jbx

I just emailed UT 2 days ago and received a very quick reply. I was told the grill is still being developed and they plan on having it ready for the first quarter of '06.

I actually talked with UT in person Saturday and we compared the 03/04 grill with my 05. They are very different unfortunately. He did say he was having trouble finding a reliable manufacturer for the grill. I know he is working on it. However, it will probrably be for pre 05 sedans though. We also comapared my 05 sedan grill to the coupe. It looks very similar. I may get a coupe grill and see how far off the fit is with the 05.

I think I've completely lost interest now.....there's nothing worse than getting the run-around. How could the production/design of a grille for a car take such a long time...honestly!? There is already one that is designed & put into production for the coupe.....so how does it take this long to modify/tweak the design to make one for the sedans? They obviously don't want our business that badly....... I may not even buy one if & when they DO come out, as my G's life will probably be over by then.
