Photo attachments jacked up

All right I can't take it anymore. I'm away from my home computer (in the military and deployed) and I can't view most of the attached photos. Some are the correct size but "scrambled" and others have the little "x" box instead of the photo. Right clicking and "show photo" doesn't work either. I'm not sure if its these sucky computers or my settings. I tried a search for some info but couldn't find anything. Can you help a sedan brother out? Thanks in advance.

I found that thread, but I assume that issue is with old attachments. I can only view a small percentage of brand new attachments.

Look at this thread
https://g35driver.com/forums/media-share-g35-sedan-v35/74535-official-g35-modded-sedan-picture-thread.html

None of the pictures are corrupted in it. If you can see all the pics, then your good to go. I doubt is a setting as the pics used on this site are pretty basic pic types (bitmap, jpg, jpeg...). Its more like the majority of the pics got corrupted during the upgrade and we havent posted enough to out weigh the corrupted from the new.

Good luck brotha!

Go up to the gallery here https://g35driver.com/gallery/

All the pictures are working and resizing correctly. If any of the pics there are giving you a problem, then the prob is on your side. If that is the case come back to us with some more info on what software you are running.

Why dontcha hit us with some of the urls that you are having problems with seeing the pics.

Hope it all works out for ya.

BTW where is it that you are deployed.

OK, I think the "garbled" photos are all older (September), when the file corruption occured. The attachments with the little "x" must be due to the computer settings or perhaps some file size restriction our computer ****'s impose. Thanks for all the help. I'm deployed to Kyrgyzstan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).

The photos with the "X" could be photos that were hosted on another site that has since gone down.

Cru got the answer, put a gold star on the board for Cru...lol

If you see the 'x' ( ) it has nothing to do with your computer. The pic or file is or was sitting on a server where the file no longer exits, bad url path, server is temp down or perminately down..... yada yada yada. You really don't have to concern yourself with anything with an 'x'.

Be safe and thank you for serving......

Problem resolved, well kind of

After goin back and forth with geeitup, it's seems that it is our military IT @ werk blocking that ( and prob other ) sites too...

What I did for the time being and for any of the other peeps that are serving in the region over there and can not view pics cause of this problema, I temporarily hoisted those pics in the Driver Gallery under Gallery > Meets & Events > Archives > MISC

I hope this resolves the firewall problem for our boys and girls serving our country.

If anyone is still having a viewing problem, please send me a PM.
