That's because the Avalon is for old people!!! I actually like the look of the newly redesigned one....so freaking spacious in the interior!! Great looking car & great reliability....but TOTALLY different class/type of car. Good luck w/ your G!

I was serious looking to trade in my G for the new Avalon. It has 280 hp and back seat as big as BMW 740, Mercede S or Audi A8. Its a very comfy family sedan with awesome gas mileage 24 - 31. Its not as fast or handle as good as a G but its build with different purposes. The build and quality of the Avalon is equal to Lexus. Beside the service and waranty I don't really see a reason to buy a Lexus with less HP.
Ps. My wife put a stop to it as she doesn't want anything less then the premium brand and I like the service I'm getting from the premium brand. We're Spoiled.

I took my wife to the Infiniti dealership today to test the G35. She love it more than the Avalon. She said if we had our taxes we would of been driving one home today. So I will be getting one next May/June or sooner, if I get this new job Iam interviewing for Thursday.
Will let you all know when I either order one or get one off the dealership lot.
