stock sedan muffler

hi guys just wondering if anyone has a stock muffler for sale? i posted in the so cal section and no luck there so i figured i tried the sedan forum =/ i'm looking to replace the muffler for my 02 maxima because the g35 sedan ones look nicer than my current one

also, does anyone know if the stock muffler on the g35 has this feature where while driving under certain speeds the muffler uses only 1 of it's outlet and on fwy driving it opens up for better performance? something like that.

ever since i rode in my friend's g35 sedan that he got as a loaner car while his g35 coupe was being serviced...i loved how the sedan sounds...very subtle yet agressive. hopefully i can get a bit more sound from my maxima since i also have a 3.5L engine in it =/

thanks for looking.

from the G muffler, you wont get more sound..
However, it is designed to be "variable capacity"..
which is good for low end torque and high end power..

good luck finding one !

My sedan muffler only used 1 outlet when sitting or idle.

I think the 02 Maxima also has the "variable capacity" muffler.

yes it's true but it is whisper quiet compared to the 05 g35 sedan's...
believe me, i own both cars...i'd only wish the sedan sounded like the coupe or 350z's...
