Black rims on Silver sedan?

Hey, I have a 2003.5 sedan, silver w/ aero kit, will aslo be getting 35% tint all around. I'm looking to buy some rims for it (18's or 19's) want somthing that will look real good, but not hurt preformance. I'm intrigued by black rims (chrome lip) but I cant find any pictures of a silver sedan w/ black rims on it, ive searched this site and cardomain. Anyone have any pic's of this or any suggestions/ideas on rims?

thanks for any help.

I've seen this look before on a silver Acura TL (in person) but not on this forum. I personally don't like black w/ the chrome/polished lip look, but others do. Some members have them on black G's here. Check out the "Show me your wheels" thread sticky as well as the gallery. Good luck finding your perfect rim!

but yea I'm in the same boat, I'm actually waiting for them as we speak. Once I get them in, in 2 months , I'll post pics. No one on this board seems to dig them (or my wife or come to think of it...anyone else I know ), but I really like the sporty look like on some Benz's I've seen, so f*** it.

Hank - go to page 6 of the "Show me your wheels" sticky/thread...there's a DG sedan with black rims w/ chrome lip. I think that'll give you a REAL good idea of what your car would look like. IMO, I think it ruins the car.....

check out my pictures of my DG 2006 g35 sedan in my album with 19 inch black rims in chrome lip. i also had the roof wrapped in flat black vinyl as well as my door handles. and it looks sick. got a black grill, black rear emblem. but just recently i wrapped my whole car in flat white vinyl and it looks SICK! will be posting pics soon
