How does this lease deal sound?

I live in West Bloomfield, MI. I've negotiated a lease deal on a 2003.5 Desert Platinum G35S, and I'd like to see if you guys think it's a solid deal before inking the bottom line.

The car is fully loaded: premium, aero, sport, winter, nav, trunk mats, 5AT, willow leather. It's not my first choice in color (the '04 Diamond Graphite is), but I like the color quite a bit so it's not much of an issue.

The deal I've come across is $480/month for 39 months, 15K miles. $1100 down, which includes security deposit (which I'll get back at lease end). No cap cost reduction.

From everthing I can glean, this is a pretty strong deal. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

Monthly payment sounds similar to mine. I had to put more money down, but then.. they weren't selling close to invoice when I bought mine, they were just starting to move off MSRP a little.

This site explains the ins and outs of a lease deal, and has a nifty Excel spreadsheet so you can do the calculations yourself and make sure they aren't padding the numbers any.

You don't mention what the actual price of the vehicle is, so it's hard to say. My payment is $566 for 42 months with 15k miles/year, but that was on a pretty loaded sedan (sticker price right at 36K).

What is the money rate for that lease? Infiniti will initially quote you .0031, but if you tell them that's too high they'll come down. My money rate was .0025.

Sounds like a good deal, even if your $480 doesn't include tax

I've got $436 w/tax, 48 mo for a 6MT, no Nav. I put down a little less $, since IFS didn't need a security deposit from us (5th lease with them since '95)

Go sign the papers!!

Im at $600 over invoice with this deal. The MSRP on the car is $36,700, give or take $50 bucks.

The $480 includes tax, actually.

Re: How does this lease deal sound?

Bummer -- I just found out the car has almost 500 miles on it...hence the good deal. Dealer said it was a "test drive car" for a couple months.

I think I'll pass.
