Infiniti Of Coconut Creek - SUCKS !
#31
One thing's for sure: I will never forget the name Steve Fischer. It just goes to show you a dealership is only as good as the person who deals with you directly. I bought my G35 from Coconut Creek and it was a great experience. I got a great deal and the most of the deal was done over the phone. I've never visited the service dept though. Someone mentioned Sawgrass Infiniti. I took my car there for an oil leak and some idiot named Vincent said it was my oil filter. Yeah right. They made me pay for an oil filter change and the leak still wasn't fixed. If I were to judge the place based on Vincent I would never go back to Sawgrass ever again, but I took the car back and requested another mechanic and the leak was fixed and the manager refunded the money for the filter change.
I second the motion that you should have let the Fischer jerk call the cops. He would have gotten in trouble for filing a false report. You had paper work showing that he handed you the keys.

Dude if he demands you return the car, and you don't bring it back I'm sure he has a legitimate claim to alert the police that it's stolen.
he could've told them his whole story about getting a call from a concerned citizen and asking for the car back.
You did the right thing by bringing the car back, now you have done nothing wrong and can really burn him for being such a crappy *** hole. I hope he gets fired 'cause he isn't doing a good job.

heh that's kinda funny the guy called Infiniti on you, sounds like something I would do heh, but anyways IOCC sucks anyone could tell you that in every aspect of their dealership! EVERY ASPECT. With that said, again, I suggest Infiniti of Palm beaches on Okeechobee, haven't been to Sawgrass or Miami but IOPB i dont have any complaints with, they dont have WiFi tho but the dealership next door does i like to sit on my laptop while i wait.
Was this squeek noise something you hear when you shift from Park to Rev.?? I have some kinda squeek too but can't figure what it is?

It seems there's enough "blame" to go around. Infiniti really mishandled it, obviously; however, of nearly 30 respondents, almost no one called you out on your part.
We saw a patient last week whose cheek had been blown out by a bullet: he "middle fingered" a reckless driver that nearly forced him off the road (sound familiar), and the driver slowed down, pulled out a 22 and shot him through the open window. The driver was never caught and the one with the blown cheek now has a lifelong scar as a reminder of his own immaturity and stupidity.
So, in the end, don't be like the naked guy:
