Fix the front suspension creaking noises; allow for camber adustment; reduce rattles; less body flex, better gas milage; no more gadgets at least in entry level. focus on perfromacne with reliaibilty.

Most everything has been mentioned already....
One minor thing;
Get rid of the hump in the floor on passenger side (my co-pilot hates it)

But just because I went with the sedan doesn't mean I don't want all the crap from the coupe; I want it all: the stock 19's, the stiffer rear springs, and especially the bolstering in the seats. The coupe and sedan share the same platform. Engines are the same. ECU's are the same. Wheelbase and springs(stock 05 coupe versus sport 05 sedan springs) are the same. I wish the sedan sat as low as the coupe, and didn't have as much wheel gap.

The point is, just because I need a sedan doesn't mean I don't want the sport of the coupe. Take the 330i sedan for example. I don't know about the new ones, but the previous generation was available with the zhp package. That includes the full suspension, way better seats; the whole ball of wax.

Maybe I should have gotten a 330i zhp.
I am not saying anything against sedans, but its like the m3 - there aint no 4 door m3. I am saying there should be a g35/g45 type thing. Where they make a more aggressive coupe. It would be nice if they did this for sedans and coupes but typically if youre for performance and dont need a family car youll get the coupe. If you want a better sedan get an m45, there isnt another coupe above the G.

I'm not trying to argue here, and nothing personal, but I still don't understand your logic. Neither of these cars competes against the M3. The sedan competes against the 3 series sedan, and the coupe competes against the 3 series coupe, *not* the M3.

Are you suggesting that a special version of the coupe should be offered, with a similar relationship a' la the 3 coupe and the m3? If that's what you meant, then I am in complete agreement. As for "there aint no 4 door m3", there was a small production run of an E36 M3 Sedan.

I take two issues with that statement. First, although I love the M, it is the last vehicle I would choose if I wanted a true sports sedan. Sure, it's rigid, and has a meaty v8, but it's also tipping 2 tons. That's not a car to autocross(which I do in my current car BTW). I'm sure its great on the street and in the mountain twisties, but a true sports sedan, it's not. Using the same logic, neither are the 300/Magnum/Charger SRT8, or even the AMG E55. They all might be fast, and more "trackable" than the less powerful stablemates, but let's face it, 4000lbs is 4000lbs is 4000lbs. All that weight has to be shed entering the turns, and when a suspension is upset(which is a constant state when autocrossing), all that power means squat.

The second issue is that we're forgetting about other "super sedans" here. Competitors other than BMW, like the Audi A4 and Merc C class both have true sporting versions(S4, RS4, AMG C55). Now *that* is something I would like to see Infiniti do.

BMW is actually going to be releasing the M3 as a Sedan this time around...not just Coupe.

Optional
Replace the tranny with a newer better design.

Personally I think the retractable navigation is one of the slickest things about the G35. But if it were incorporated into the other vehicle's controls it would be valid to have it as a full-time screen in the console.

Yes I agree with what you are saying trey. And yes all I meant out of this was that there should be the g35 (comparable to 3 series) and g45 (comparable to m3). Im not trying to put down anyone or anything like that. I just thing it would be nice to have a G comparable to an m3.

I think that Toyota/Lexus is the only company that uses a touch screen navigation.

I would like to see a bigger engine that isn't as highout put.
So like a moderately tuned 3.7litre or something.
The G engine seems like its always trying too hard.
Climate Controlled Seats would be great.
Electronic trunk lid
Seat controls moved ...
Projectors for the sedans...
6MT in AWD
60/40 FOLDING REAR SEATS
Memory side view mirrors

My only wish for the upcoming Infiniti G37 is that it keeps the original G look for both coupe and sedan but give them a little evolving so they would look more modern. Don't make them look like another cars......
