You'll have to look from the bottom. Just behind the front wheel.

There was a recall on 03-04 sedans, where the fuel filler neck can crack and cause leaking of the gas, as well as the fuel lines doing the same thing. It was just recently posted. Maybe you should check your VIN and see if you fall within the recall.
