I sold my '97 Maxima for an '06 sedan with prem. pkg. I feel for the extra $$$ the premium pkg is worth it. I did not get nav.
Enjoy the new ride.

I still have my 99 MAX SE. I can't seem to part with it. I haven't driven it much since I bought the '06 G sedan in January but I keep changing my mind about selling it.

I sold my 2002 Maxima SE back in August I was a member of the org (perrymaxima) I saw the G35 as the next step up for me. Considering I could get a G35 with sport/premium for slightly more than a 2005 Maxima SE ( I paid 29,600 for the G) I jumped on the G instead. Never looked back on maxima.org matter of fact I might still be logged into the board! In my opinon if you opt for the sunroof you might as well get the premium package considering the sunroof is almost 1 grand option a lone might as well deck out the car completely.

That's a good point. I did not end up w/ prem, cause the dealer only had 4 G35x's on the lot. The only one w/ prem had wood grain. The Liq plat w/ black interior is sporty as hell.

I considered the Maxima, but one of the problems is that the price, as I would have wanted it configured, was not too much different than the G35.

Maybe it is different now that the new 04's aren't so new.

I had a 91 300ZX then a 97 Max SE 5 speed. Then A 2000 SE which my wife now drives. I of course have a G35 6MT now. My name on the .org is the same as it is here. I wanted a rear wheel drive maxima. and/or a used 300zx TT project. This is as close as I could get. I have had a few other cars in the middle, but have always been drawn to the performance:dollar ratio of nissan.
