How did you X'ers wire your GG 10 wire Transmission ground? I know some of you have it. It is awfully close to the front wheel drive shaft!!!



In the above photo, you can see the drive shaft, and the two grounding points. The tranny case is about an inch from the drive shaft!!!!

i know this is of no help, but man is that an interesting way to get under the car

I have the short-transmission cable so for me was a piece of cake.

Anyway...that is a very creative way to jack up the car. Is that enough room to go underneath it?

yea. hmmm, are you saying that your wire does not extend all the way down there by the shaft?

From my install, I noticed that If I took those two wires, and installed it UNDERNETH that piece at the rear of the plenum...that my car changed dramatically. In the second picture of yours, you installed those wires I am talkng about ABOVE the thingy piece (is that the drive by wire throttle thingy?)

car starts smoother, shifts smoother...etc. Try it. :-)

hey mikee. I was able to get under my car the other day. I brought the tranny ground a little aft so that it could run down a crevase in the tranny box. I than zip tied the line down at the chassis to what seemed to be an AC line. I was able to fit my hand in between the driveshaft and the wire. Worked out Good!!
that tranny ground made all the difference! Very satisfied. Now I have to finnish up my ECU ground.

I suggest you buy the full tranny ground.
