Now Infiniti will slush those settlement costs into price of its cars, parts and service and we ALL will have to pay extra just to have some litigious dicks collect $2500.
Remember, if it is more money in some place, there's less money in another.

Damn I'm lucky today. I should go to a casino tonight!
So anyone that didn't sign up originally is out of luck? Or is it, that all owners of affected cars can file a claim now that the suit is settled?

Sorry, but agree with what he said.....{maybe not the same wording though }

I have 31K on my 04 CPE brakes, with brake warranty letter in hand, but probably won't use it as the wear is not that bad and I would consider it "normal". The letter of intent to warranty the pad and rotors was, IMO, fair enough for a normal wear item that is relative to the use or abuse of same.

03 BS AT sedan
03 LR AT CPE
04 BS AT CPE
and a bunch more "performance" cars over the last 45 years

Everybody who is wondering how much they are going to get, and when, should go back and read the OP again. TheCLASS ACTION law suit was thrown out.

So... you got $2500 for having to change your brakes every 15k before they did the whole warranty thing. So you were out, what? $500? You get $500 as a reimbursement for the brakes, I'm trying to figure out what the additional 2 grand is for... pain and suffering?

Nice to get free money, though, no doubt

The $2500 is for having a car with "defective brakes".
