I brought it back to them today and when the took a look at it, to their surprise one of the bolts from my rear shock tower had broken off?? After 1 hour they fixed it as good as new and it is still riding/looking great.

Just think though, I drove over 100 miles on only one rear shock bolt. Wow
wow... I would have been beyond pissed and demanded my money back in full with a promise I would never be back. There is ZERO excuse for that sort of thing to happen.

Glad nothing bad happened to you or your ride.

my mothers M45 developed this rattle after hitting a large pothole on the belt parkway.

my G35x developed this rattle after installing the 350Z Springs

I inspected both rear shock towers and the bolts looked fine.

when I go in for allignment, i will ask around.

When you said you took it back to RZ, if you meant RZ motoring in Tampa, I can see why you had the problem right there. They tried to install wheels on my brothers AMG and said they couldn't because of the wrong bolts. He ended up taking it to Wheel Tech and they hooked it up right. RZ was totaly wrong.

to you know what to torque everything down too?(wheres the DIY?)
thanks

naaaaaaah, I believe the issue is isolated to my vehicle. Rudy has done work to so many cars including his own! I did not notice the sound untill I put the 19's on. I torqued down my wheels too 100 ft/lbs. I am really not sure what it is, but I will bring it to Rudy's and check again. Maybe I am imagining it. Its not loud like how vrsc describes it...you really have to listen to it.

100 lb? On the manual it said to torque the wheels at 80 lb. At least that's what I torque my 18 inch sports. I'll be at Rudy's bright and early tommorrow.

RZ Tampa hooked my G to Z spring setup without a problem. Fast, furious and affordable. I chatted with another customer in the waiting room that was getting a turbo and engine management on his acura and he had nothing but good things to say. I would definitely go there again.
