Oh, I forgot, its all about clean air. Uh, right.

I am consistently getting 18-20 mpg in my '05, city/some freeway driving, did about the same with my '04 as well. I think you may have figured wrong IMO.

Case and point. I am getting better gas mileage in my new Charger SRT8 (6.1 liter, 425 hp) than I get with the G !!! I'm not kidding.

I get about 16-17mpg now...Before I started my basic mods, I was consistently getting about 19-21mpg with a good mixture of street/highway. Now my ear keeps telling my foot, "Need More Gasssss!!" Damn coupe middy! Love that sound compared to stock...and for now, its worth every single ounce of the $3.49 per gallon.

I got about 12.5 mpg on my last tank, which took about 6 weeks between fillups.
Of course, this is my F150
My G35 gets between 16 and 17 in town, and 22 and 25 on the highway (normally driving the speed limit of 75, I'm not going to be hated by everyone else by driving 55 to save gas).

Mopar never ceases to amaze me. Not only do they have their own mods for their cars, but they pay for you to go beat the **** out of their cars. Gotta love it.......Not sure whether you know this or not, but all the cars used in track experiences are destroyed, instead of sold at auction. So there is a significant cost involved......

I would be more than willing to take a beat to crap Viper or Crossfire. BTW - the crossfire is just driving the G, same handling, breaking and acceleration characteristics.

I get around 18 on the highway, and 15.2 overall. The 12.5 was about the worst I've had for in town driving, but for me it is mostly short trips. 4 miles to work. I only average 4K/year, so I'll decide to just drive it to work for a week, like all last week.

I just filled up today with 17.7 gallons at 260.1 Miles, thats about 14.6 MPG. This is the average i've been getting for the past year and a half, its pure crap. I drive 80% City and the rest highway both with traffic, but still my friend just bought a 350z.. getting 350 to the tank..u know im pissed, next oil change the dealer is going to get it from me because without highway i get like 12 mpg.
The even sadder part is i tried babying the car and it made like a what.. 15-20 mile difference? BS..
